Dates to be announced soon. If you’re curious about mindfulness but not quite ready to commit to a longer course, Introducing Mindfulness is the perfect place to start. In this short, introductory course, you’ll explore: • What mindfulness is (and what it isn’t) • Simple guided practices to use at home or work • How mindfulness can support wellbeing and emotional balance You’ll come away with practical tools you can begin using right away, and a sense of whether a longer course might be right for you. The sessions include informative teaching, experiential mindfulness practices, group discussion, and tips for practicing these new skills in your daily life. The course is taught live online in small groups. Sessions take place weekly over the 3-week period.
