Hi, I’m Karin
Mindfulness teacher and coach
I teach mindfulness with warmth and compassion, blending science with everyday wisdom to support you in navigating life's ups and downs and finding joy.
Mindfulness for Life
My path to mindfulness began during a particularly demanding period of my life — balancing a full-time career, becoming a new parent during the pandemic, and trying to hold everything together in the midst of it all. Like so many others, I found myself facing anxiety, stress, and burnout, constantly moving but rarely pausing to breathe.
It was through taking the Mindfulness for Life course that I first experienced what it truly means to stop, notice, and live with awareness. The skills I learned helped me to relate to life’s challenges differently — with more calm, self-compassion, and resilience — and to respond with care rather than react automatically. Over time, mindfulness became not just a tool for coping, but a way of living with greater ease and balance.

My Approach to Teaching
Mindfulness has transformed the way I live and approach each day — and it’s this experience I bring to my teaching. My aim is to make mindfulness feel welcoming, practical, and meaningful for everyone who joins my courses.
Warm & Compassionate Guidance
Every session is taught with kindness, patience, and genuine curiosity. I aim to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore mindfulness in your own way — without judgment or expectation.
Evidence-Based Practice
Each course is grounded in scientific research and developed by Oxford Mindfulness in partnership with the University of Oxford. The courses blend psychology and mindfulness to support positive, lasting change and wellbeing.
Practical & Down-to-Earth
Mindfulness doesn’t have to be abstract or complicated. I share simple, practical tools that fit into daily life — whether that’s managing stress at work, navigating busy family routines, or finding small pauses throughout the day.
Supporting Everyday Wellbeing
As a mum of two, I understand the challenges of modern family life. I’m particularly passionate about supporting parents through pregnancy, early parenthood, and beyond — helping them stay grounded and connected.
