Perfect for busy people juggling work, family, and everyday demands, it helps you: • Pause and find calm amid the busyness • Improve mental focus and concentration • Feel more present and grounded • Create small, sustainable moments of mindfulness throughout your day This course is structured in a slightly shorter format than the Mindfulness for Life course and could be a good option for you if you are shorter on time, or you are looking for a slightly less intensive refresher course. The course is taught live online in small groups. Sessions take place weekly over the 6-week period.
