Hi there, and welcome to my blog — a space for gentle reflection, practical guidance, and inspiration to support you on your mindfulness journey.

 

Here, I share insights from Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and everyday mindful living — exploring how we can bring awareness, presence, and kindness into even the smallest moments of our day.

I started this blog to share what I’ve learned — both through my own experiences with anxiety and burnout, and through my work as a mindfulness teacher. Writing is another way of practising mindfulness for me: slowing down, reflecting, and making sense of what it means to live with awareness in a busy world.
